Orlansoft ERP Feature Release For The Change of VAT Rate to 11%

Orlansoft ERP version 8.1.1.01 has been released to accommodate the change of Value Added Tax from 10% to 11% on 1 April 2022 based on Law No. 7 of 2021: Harmonization of Tax Regulations.

Following are the existing feature changes in Orlansoft ERP version 8.1.1.01

[F0287807] Tax Type	On Tax Type = “Value Added Tax” option "Use Effective Date" is added (default = tick-on)
[F0144100] Tax Group	• The Tax Type with the option “Use Effective Date” = tick-on, Field “From Date” dan “To Date” will appear in Tax Group Detail automatically with default From Date = 01-01-1900 and To Date = 31-03-2022 • In Tax Detail, users could insert a new line with the same VAT type Tax ID but have a different From/To Date and Tax Rate. Users could fill in the new line with Rate = 11% and From Date = 01 April 2022

Changes

[F0287807] Tax Type

On Tax Type = “Value Added Tax” option "Use Effective Date" is added (default = tick-on)

[F0144100] Tax Group

• The Tax Type with the option “Use Effective Date” = tick-on, Field “From Date” dan “To Date” will appear in Tax Group Detail automatically with default From Date = 01-01-1900 and To Date = 31-03-2022
• In Tax Detail, users could insert a new line with the same VAT type Tax ID but have a different From/To Date and Tax Rate. Users could fill in the new line with Rate = 11% and From Date = 01 April 2022

Customers are encouraged to update the software to Orlansoft ERP version 8.1.1.01 and activate the “Use Effective Date” option in the Tax Type menu.
