Orlansoft releases Warehouse Management System in Orlansoft ERP version 10.1.2.01

Orlansoft released a new software module, Warehouse Management System, in Orlansoft ERP version 10.1.2.01. The Software function in the Orlansoft ERP Warehouse Management System is Bin Storage Capacity, which can be utilized in transactions such as Put-Away, Picking Order, and Picking.

Warehouse Management System provides the following facilities:

• Bin settings in the Location of Warehouse Menu, including determining the Storage Capacity of each Bin ID, and priority for Bin capacity allocation for each item of product.
• Item balance will provide quantity info of stock on-hand ( Beginning, In, Out, and Ending Quantity ) of each product item in each Bin ID.
• End-users from the Logistics Department can perform Put-Away use Receiving transactions and authorizations, when storing goods received from Suppliers to each Rack ( Bin ). The Auto Download item based on Bin remaining capacity feature, will suggest which Rack for storage based on the capacity availability of each Rack and the Priority.
• End-users from the Logistics Department can perform Put-Away use Intersite Transfer transactions and authorizations, when storing goods received from other warehouses in each Rack ( Bin ). The Auto download item based on Bin remaining capacity feature is applicable for this transaction.
• End-users from the Logistics Department can perform Picking Order use Delivery Order transactions and authorizations, when they want to pick goods from Racks ( Bins ) and deliver to customers. The Auto download item feature will suggest which Rack to pick based on the nearest expired date ( First Expired First Out ) or First In First Out.
• End-users from the Logistics Department can perform Picking Order use Replenishment Order transactions and authorizations, when they want to pick goods from Racks ( Bins ) and deliver to another warehouse. The auto download item feature is applicable for this transaction.
• End-users from the Logistics Department can perform Picking use Picking Order transactions and authorizations, when picking goods from Racks ( Bins ) and delivering to customers or another warehouse.
