Orlansoft released the data integration feature with Coretax in Orlansoft ERP.

Orlansoft announced that Orlansoft released Orlansoft ERP version 9.5.1.01 on January 3, 2025. The Sales Invoice transaction integration feature in Orlansoft ERP with the VAT-out e-faktur menu in the Coretaxdjp.pajak.go.id application is available in version 9.5.1.01. Orlansoft ERP end-users can download XML files for direct use in the data import menu in the Coretaxdjp.pajak.go.id application. This data integration feature is also available for Orlansoft end-customers already using Orlansoft ERP version 9.3.1.01 LTS (Long Term Support) by applying the global patch, released on January 14, 2025.

For end customers who have not finished completing the master data required by the Coretax application in Orlansoft ERP, Orlansoft end-users can download the Coretax format Excel file in the Orlansoft ERP Standard Report menu, complete the required master data fields, and convert it to XML before importing the data in the Coretax Application.

Orlansoft will soon release the next version to automate reconciling Sales Invoice transactions in Orlansoft ERP with VAT-Out e-faktur from the Coretax Application. This feature will make it easier for end-users to get information on which Sales Invoice transactions have not received a VAT-Out Tax Invoice Number from Coretax so that end-users can quickly get valid monthly sales invoice transaction data before using it in SPT Masa PPN reporting.
